I have booked an Activa with boongg and when I went to take the delivery the delivery agent was highly unprofessional and used abusive words even when I was with my spouse.
Now that’s not all, he asked for documents and when I asked for options of the document for example asked office IDCard and I didn’t had it because joining was online and has offer letter but all of sudden started denial of service.
I planned activities were impacted and this gave some serious mental harassment
Even though the agent told I will get the refund and I should cancel the ride, I did and still I didn’t got the refund.
Estimate time told was 2-3 hrs on 30th Aug 2022
Even sent mail but no reply and I had snapshot where agent mentioned for refund which I never received Was this information helpful? |
