Items order placed no shipment and delivery,

It's payment is through ccavenue payment gateway, website is designed as if it is a trusted site but there will be no communication after the order, except the order confirmation mail. Whose ever please take the necessary action on this site and ban this.

I do have payment reference numbers and all, could not contact the website in anyway.

It comes under cybercrime and cheating many people, which is very bad sign for online shopping and people wont get trust on ecommerce startups

I don't understand what is happening with this product was ordered on 7 of October but still not received any update and from your end always receive the same response that it will be dispatch soon.

Could you please let me know the exact scenario
