Bootees.in — no product received

I have ordered 1 t-shirt of and even made the payment and have received the confirmation mail as well.
But it has still not been delivered to me. On the website it is mentioned that it will be delivered in 3-7 days but it has been more than a months now and still no response.
They have disconnected the phone connection and also not answering to mail.
It's a fake company taking people's money in such fraud means...
