Bootees.in — order yet not received and no response

Hello.
I had placed an order on 30th june, 2018. My order reference is #r[protected] with quantity 2 t-shirts and the amount was rs 434.00. I tried to call on the mentioned customer care number as well as mailed on their email. This is what they send in response

"dear customer,

You have ordered pre - book dab panda singlet-shirt black half sleeves, single hu t shirt | red | full sleeves | men. We generally dispatch all pre-book orders after 20 days. Though it can take more time due to stock issues. Please bear with us. Thanks for your co-operation. You shall be notified with tracking url once it's shipped from our warehouse."

It's more than 20 days and no online shopping portal takes this much time in delivering the product. It's more about the trust we have on online shopping sites now and this way, it's sure no one is going to be digitally secured.
