Bootees — this is fraud company they take online payment but not deliver product

Morena M.P. pin 476444 there is one company located name is bootees.in they have clothes product I order 1 t shirt from there online website my order details is R[protected] .mysimplestore.com for INR 187.67 was successful.CCA Ref No:[protected]
So they online payment but they not deliver product its 6 days i think when I contact costumer care they not ansering then I use social media regard this so many people say this is fraud company they take payment but not deliver product many people order from this site but they all not got there product so this is very big fraud they taking lost of money from this fraud please help regard this
