Booties — t-shirts

I have ordered t-shirts and paid 500 for each for which i received a confirmation mail and message that it will reach me by 10 days followed by which i got a phone call asking me to send the designs. Now neither that number from which i received a call nor their customer care number is reachable. Their mail id also seems to give only an automated reply. Their page still gives various offers but doesn't give u any product i did not receive any t-shirts or reply from them so far its been more than a month. This company is cheating all its customers.
