This company (BOOTS and BEYONDS) is a totally fraud company i ordered shoes first time from website and i ordered white pair of shoes but i received grey pair then i CONTACT several times but company not picking up my call but i send email then i get a reply they said only exchange option available no refund for this product i told him them why u mentioned in the website 7 days refund policy. After this i not receive any reply any call from this fraud website and yes this is a fraud company if someone say's why my answer is they blocked me on Instagram and my number if this is a GENUINE company then why do this ###. I want refund or or a sorry letter on there Instagram story with tagged me
