Borzo (we Fast ) — Courier person not reaching even half n hour after the designated time by we fast app

I booked a courier at 20:30 and the app said that courier person will reach by 20:55 at the pick up spot. However the person did not even move from his location until 21.20 while the app said drop would happen by then. And further we fast is charging me cancellation fees
