I purchased a dischwasher from Bosche and the same has not been working since 2 months,
I have been complaining and on my last complaint I got this message
Dear NEELU THAPPAR,
This is with respect to the repair of your Dishwasher under Service Order no. [protected], the spare parts is being arranged and we will complete the repair on 2026/08/27.

Bosch Customer Service Team
I called again and was told that my complaint would be taken on priority, nothing has been done.
You are the franchisee and you are supposed to have the spare parts and even if you have to arrange them, 2 months is extra ordinarily long. I want you to take this up on top priority and I also want to escalate this with Bosche, please provide numbers.
