Boses — Felling of Trees / trimming of Branches

We are residing at K 2020 CR PARK New Delhi.
There are two trees adjacent to our house which are badly spreading its branches on our first floor terrace.
1. There were incidents of insect bite/ injuries to the labourers while cleaning the ground area.
2. Once two unknown person took attempt to enter into the house with the help of branches.
3. Used Association's help when the MCD people while doing so broke our boundary wall while trimming the branches inappropriate way.
Made several complaints in MCD and Forest Department also.
Request you to please look into the matter urgently as the residents of this house are Senior citizens and follow up would be little difficult.
I have made complaint on 8/9/2021 but not able to see the status and complaint number also not available.
