I have ordered a custom made glass case for iphone 13 which I received on 17th November. Well the image I have provided has hell and heaven difference with the one printed on the case I received. It appears ‘Green’ in naked eye while the image I provided was white/silver Moreover, the image came inverted.
They replied with “ Apologise for the inconvenience caused, minor colour differences are always there in the actual product vs. product on the phone screen.” It was a customized product not a pre-existing product from their website so there shouldnt be any ‘color difference’ issue.
They print a green case from a silve image and straight send it to me thinking thats fine!!! My whole money got wasted to a junk.
After several attempts to get a reply from them they replied on instagram but after the last interaction they are not even seeing my messages. Reaching out via email is a lost cause!!
