Boutique Club — unprofessional and mislead the customer

We bought there membership in april 2019. We have booked one international holiday with them and it was also a big task to get the booking coz they were not giving us bookings according to our choice. My husband was so upset coz he already bought the flight tickets because their representative told us you will get your booking you just buy the tickets.. But our hotel booking was not being confirmed by them. So we did booking of two hotel ourselves nd one was done by them. So we had to pay double.
Now again in july we were planning to go to some hill station but haven’t got until now. They always reply we have forwarded the request to the hotel we are waiting for their reply. We changed our dates 3 times.
They don’t have any reservations phone no. All you have to do is e - mail them everytime. And they take 1 week to 2 week to reply.
Which company does that. And there customer care number nobody picks up.. And if someone does they don’t solve the problem.
So please don’t buy there membership
