Hi
I placed an order with Boyo on March 19, 2025, for Raw Almond and Walnut Combo (500g) worth ₹550.05 through their website. The payment was successfully made via Google Pay, and I received an order confirmation.
However, it has been several days, and my order status is still "Unfulfilled" with no shipping updates. I have tried contacting Boyo multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DM, but they are not responding. Their customer support appears to be completely inactive.
Since the seller has failed to deliver the product or respond, I believe this is a fraudulent transaction. I request an immediate investigation and a refund of my amount.
