I had a bit of an unpleasant experience with one of the advisors, Toto. It seemed like my needs and difficulties were not fully understood during our conversation. I hope the company can provide more training for their customer service team so they can better support clients.
Overall, I do enjoy trading on the platform and hope to continue using it for the long term. However, I believe improving the attitude and understanding of customer service would make the experience even better. Was this information helpful? |
