AT THE TIME OF BOOKING OF FLAT SUPER AREA FOR 3 BED ROOM FLAT WAS 1677 SQ FT . HOWEVER AT TIME OF POSSESSION SUPER AREA IS INCREASED TO 1910 SQ FT AND CHARGED FLAT PRICE FOR 1845 SQ FT THUS MAKING THE FLAT BUYER TO PAY RS 3.5 LAKH EXTRA WHAT IS THE SUPER AREA IS KNOWN TO CO. ONLY
CHARGED ENHANCED EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT CHARGES . IT APPEARS THAT SAME HAS BEEN STAYED BY HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AND THUS CO. SHOULD INFORM THE FLAT OWNERS OF THE ACTUAL STATUS.
ONLY BECAUSE SOME GREEN AREA OF THE PARK IS VISIBLE FROM THE FLAT, THE CO. HAS CHARGED PREFERENTIAL LOCATION CHARGES CLAIMING IT TO BE PARK FACING @RS 100 PER SQ FT .THUS APPROX. RS 1.80 LAKHS HAS BEEN CHARGED WITHOUT ANY REASON.
THUS THE CO. SHOULD LOOK INTO ABOVE POINTS AND IF REQUIRED AMOUNTS CHARGED EXTRA AND WHICH ARE NOT JUSTIFIED SHOULD BE RETURNED. Was this information helpful? | |
