BPUT University — Delay of the issue of provisional certificate

I'm Ramesh majhi 2021 B.tech mining engineer pass out student. I didn't get my provisional certificate. All branch's students already get their provisional Certificate, my question is 'how much time it will take to provide our provisional Certificate? I need these certificates urgently to apply apprenticeship.
