[Resolved]  BPUT University — I can't received my btech certificate

I am sidharth jena reg no -[protected] studied on your college at 2016 to 2019. Sir with due respect i can't received my btech certificate.when I asked in college but he said complain to bput.so I complaint there.
Sir I request you please send my certificate in my college, then I thanksful to you
