Issue Description
Damaged Products:

Upon opening the package on 10.04.2025, I found 49PCS were broken.

I immediately shared photos of the damaged items and informed the seller.

He acknowledged the damage was due to poor packaging and agreed to refund.

Quantity Mismatch:

While checking product quality on 11.04.2025, I realized only 501PCS were delivered, including the 49 damaged PCS.

This means 199PCS were missing from the package.

On 12.04.2025, I informed the seller about the missing quantity.

Seller’s Response:

The seller ignored my calls and messages for 10 days.

On 22.04.2025, he asked for a video proof of package opening and counting, which I did not take, as this is a regular process.

He claimed to have video proof of packing 700PCS but refused to acknowledge my claim.

Partial Refund and Weight Mismatch:

On 01.05.2025, he refunded Rs.686 for the 49 damaged PCS, but refused to acknowledge the missing 199PCS.

On 02.05.2025, I checked the weight of 4PCS and found each weighs 59 grams.

The total weight for 700PCS should have been 41KG, but the transport bill only mentioned 30KG, indicating fewer products were packed.

I informed the seller about this and requested a refund for 199PCS, but he read my message on 03.05.2025 and did not respond.

Amount Requested: Refund for 199PCS missing from the package.

Seller’s Last Response: No reply since 03.05.2025 despite multiple follow-ups.

I am filing this complaint with the consumer forum to recover the money for 199PCS that were missing from the shipment. I request immediate action against Brahma Enterprises for failing to resolve this issue.
