I ordered some products on July 13th 2022 for INR 2, 067 (card payment) and as the tentative date of delivery was around 21 July 2022.
I ordered these products at my address but the order was not delivered till July end so on July 26, 2022, I mailed the braintoys team to check the delivery status or to cancel the delivery but have not got any response/update. I did share my UPI ID for processing the refund from braintoys but they have not paid anything so far even after multiple followups. Can you please register this complaint and get my refund,
