They have sent the wrong case cover, which is totally different from the image that they have shown on their website, and I want to return it. I requested a return request for my order, and they replied through mail on Aug 29, 2025, at 8:40 AM, in which they informed me that I would receive a reply from them within 48 hours, but I have not received any mail for returning the product.
