Brand Aid Official — No product delivery Nor refund

I had ordered a shoe from this website called Brand aid official, they’re Siliguri based store. It was a prepaid order of Rs. 1499 but I wasn't provided with the product tracking id like its usually done when you order something from online websites. A week later i contacted them via whatsapp and they told me they’d update me on my order but they didn’t, I again contacted them and then they tell the product is out of stock, I asked for a refund but they told me its not possible at first then they told me i could order something else, but they asked me to pay extra money in advance again, which i declined and asked for my previous refund. I tried to cancel my order from their website but ever since i contacted them their website isn’t working. Its a total Scam! They sell via Instagram (brandaidstuff), website (brandaid official) and have a store outlet in Panchanai, Siliguri. I’ve ordered from several other websites but never faced this kinda issue. Kindly see to this so it doesnt happen again to any others.
