Brand Fusion — I received wrong product no response from company

I have ordered 2 cargo adjustable pants but was delivered a wrong order instead and they send an old used jeans instead . I would like a full refund and would like to return this back .. i have tried calling the customer care number but then they switched off the phone after one phone call . Please see to this matter and get me back my refund
