I placed an order on Jun 30th 2022 for the earbuds to Hyderabad 50004, the website let me place an order even though it does not deliver Telangana. Received an email from customer care on July 5th saying that my area is non serviceable, I asked them to let me know where they can deliver it here so I can pick it up. No response, I asked them to cancel it, they said it's not possible as it cannot be done after the product is dispatched. Felt like a joke being played on me as they can't deliver to my address and saying that the cancellation might not be possible. I asked them to either give me the product or refund my money as I had no time to waste anymore on this.!! Received an email on 7th July Ticket number [protected] that they have forwarded my details to the concern team for the same. NO UPDATE SINCE THEN. Sent 2 follow up emails and called them, then they responded saying that they will cancel the order and the refund will be credited in 1-2 weeks of time. After 8 days when i called them back, they are saying that they have forwarded my details to concerned team, no status on order cancellation or refund. I feel i am being played and i will never get my money back, WHAT A MISTAKE IT WAS TO PAY FOR THIS ORDER BECAUSE I AM SUFFERING TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!
