MetaShift IT Solutions, wish to lodge a formal complaint against Brandmark Impex LLP (LLP No: AAO-6150) for fraudulent conduct and breach of contractual obligations.
Over the past several months, we have engaged with Brandmark Impex LLP regarding a Service Level Agreement (SLA). Brandmark Impex LLP collected ₹1, 40, 000 INR from us as a fee for allocating a project to our company. The amount was officially transferred to their bank account. As per the MOU, if the project is not allocated, they are required to refund 25% of the paid amount.
Despite repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution, the company has:
• Failed to respond to formal emails and calls.
• Directed us to a fake client who use insecure channels (WhatsApp) for contractual discussions and Refused to provide official company email addresses or verified contact details.
• Ignored multiple follow-ups, leaving critical contractual concerns unresolved.
This pattern of behavior constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and breach of good faith obligations under the LLP Act, 2008 and the Companies Act, 2013.
We therefore request to:
1. Investigate the operations and compliance status of Brandmark Impex LLP.
2. Take appropriate action against the company for fraudulent practices.
3. Facilitate recovery of funds paid to the company.
