Bren Corporation — registration not done

Loan account no - hou/mrh/0118/483768,
This is to you in inform you that above mentioned loan no has given fully amount 4 months back to bren corporation builder in bangalore past 4 months back but still my flat registration not done we are not getting support from builder or bankers bankers are fully support information to the builders, also they are collecting fully emi registration dd emi also collecting but bankers are not releaseing the money,
