My experience with Brick & Bolt has been extremely disappointing. Initially, many promises were made regarding transparency, costing, quality, and customer support. However, after taking more than ?8 lakh from us, the entire coordination and costing process changed completely.
The biggest issue was the lack of consistency and accountability. The people who initially committed certain things were either replaced or stopped responding properly, and later the company denied several promises that were verbally assured during the beginning of the project.
There were repeated changes in costing, unexpected discussions around additional charges, and poor clarity in communication. As a customer building a home with trust and emotions involved, this experience became mentally stressful and financially frustrating.
I strongly advise everyone to be extremely careful before choosing this company. Please ensure every commitment is documented in writing and do not rely on verbal assurances.
Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend going with this construction company. I am now proceeding with legal action and taking the matter to court regarding the commitments, financial concerns, and handling of my project.
