From the website bridalcolor.com, I online ordered a Blue Colored Party wear Designer Embroidered Malay Satin Silk Lehenga Choli Si 297 worth rs.2499 on 17/10/2021 and received the same on 23/10/2021. The payment mode was cash on delivery.
However, the fabric mentioned on the website is velvet while the received fabric is satin. Moreover the embroidery is different from the images.
They have a 7 day return policy which and to initiate return, one is supposed to send mail to [protected]@bridalcolor.com. I requested a return on 25/10/2021 but haven’t received any reply yet. I am trying to contact them on the numbers available on website +[protected], +[protected] but the calls are not getting connected.
