In 21st Dec'20, I applied for a loan of Rs. 10 Lakh I have applied in Bridge Solution and Fincorp. But after 1.7 years they did not provide my loan nor return my deposited money amounting to Rs. 55000/-.
They always require new document in every new communication, but they did not respond email. I am repeatedly mail them that I do not have passport but in every mail they required passport.
In the month of February'22 they sent me repayment module, and they said that loan will disburse in the month of Feb'22.
But again they mail requiring passport, and give me location visit date (which is given from last Sept'21) but no one is come to visit. Even no proper response is getting from them.
All other their contact no from where they contact me earlier is now not exit or switch off.
Recently when able to contact them in their phone no which is [protected], naming KumarJi in true caller, he said that my loan is in final stage and will disburse soon.
But again on 27th Aug'22 they ask me for passport.
One more thing firsltly their registered address is in Rajasthan but now it is in Gujrat
I have all details of mail and documents
