Brigade Meadows — non-receipt of e-khata

I, c jyothis residing in flat # b-4502, brigade meadows, have submitted my form-9 and 11 along with the tax payment receipt for e - khata to the kaggalipura panchyat. Every time i visit the panchayat office, the responsible person is saying it's not done yet. It's almost more than 4 months now. My friends who given along with me have already received it 2 months back. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
