Brighthitechservices -- fraud company -- I had registered on a platinum plan with them in sept 2016 (paid over 9000 rs) and received a confirmation that they received a payment. I had forwarded my name with my details and amount to the person who refered me -- contact info of the person who is introducing me was given to start with as I was having issue at home and didn't have the time to follow up at that time (however would start and complete the project once received) they did agree to the registration done on my name with contact info to start of the referrer hence as we received a go ahead, details were forwarded to the same person called who said that the contact info can be changed at any time after confirming multiple times with her or as I would have registered the project at a later time (I have
the conversation recorded on mobile) they sent a 500 pages project and after a few day's I'd started the project they told him that they have been having issue's with the referrer and hence they have gone ahead and cancelled the projects offered to the other people he refered. -- for one week continousely I'd been trying to get in touch with someone who knew what was happening and they wouldn't let me speak to someone in charge as they couldn't help. I finally lost it and refused to hang up after a week of trying then I spoke to someone who was very rude who agreed that I had a registration with them however they didn't agree for the person referring me to forward his contact details and then change them to mine at the time of submission of the project -- when I said I have it recorded they calmed down and spoke in a more suttle tone. Their supervisor called up a few days later and then said they have come to a solution thay they will give me a new registration and that I will have to pay over 9 grands to register again. The last conversation he said he will talk to the higher management and get back to me I haven't heard back in 2-3 days its been over a week and no one has called or answered my calls. They outright refused to give back the amount and they want me to pay them more and they have stoped answering my calls as well. I have been unemployed to contribute my time to these people they have taken more than half of my household payments and they want more. I'd never recomend brighthitech to anyone. (If they are having issues with someone else why should I suffer -- it has been a stressfull and torcherous experience with this company.) Waiting for just and a sensible resolution.
