They offered me a free gift on purchase of selected item from their website. so I purchased a jewelry box worth rs 299 that delivered at my home as expected. after few day they called me and offered me three free gifts option to select any one and asked me to pay only 9% gst amount of the value of the gift selected and assured me that they don't demand any additional money and the gift will be delivered at my home. I trusted them and made the payment of Rs 7199/- through jd pay. next day another lady called me and informed me that my gift was ready to dispatch but I have to pay courier insurance amount of rs. 7225/- for safe delivery of my gift. I got suspicious of their offer and asked them to cancel my gift and refund my paid rs. 7199/- as they assured me that they dont demand additional money from me. But they refused to return my money.
