I was staying at house provided by brightpath technologies. As per agreement they can deduct 1 day’s rent as marketing and renovation charges but they have deducted 10 day’s rent and additional 1200rs. They claim the agreement mentioned 1 day’s rent is a typo. I have all the receipt for digitally transferring the money as well the agreement’s copy. The house handed over back in the perfect condition.
