I have received a call on 04-Sep-2015 from this Job consultancy by name Brightyourprofile.com, which is based in Mumbai(probably). They have lured me into a payment of Rs.2052/-, saying that there are urgent Job vacancies in L&T and NCCL. I was not even given any time to think. They put me in urgency. I made the payment. Then they have connected me to their next level person(Mr.Girish Mehta Sr.Manager), who has asked me to make a payment of approx Rs.5000 for the sake of profile verification. This is the point where I have understood that, this is some kind of scandal. I have immediately asked him to stop all the process & cancel my registration with them. I have asked for my refund process immediately on 04-Sep-2015. From then on my refund amount has been pending from their side.I have called their office several times, but none of them are responsible persons to attend the issue. They simply put on hold in the pretext of connecting to someone & disconnect the calls after a while. This happened several times. I have written so many mails to them. They hardly give replies. I have attached my mail communications in this complaint. Job seekers please be aware of this website & its calls.
