To, BMC Office Ward No. H (East) Santacruz, Mumbai. we have been suffering for the past 9 months and more with the toilet waste overflowing into our house compound, we have approached the slum dwellers and Nagar Sevak and BMC, but have found no help. The problem is getting worse every day, with the increase of fowl smell of human excreta and urine in our house and the waste water now flowing with full force at our door step making it impossible to step out of our house. we have also offered to build a nulla and bear the cost but are faced with objections from our neighbours Mr Pandit Katke fearing that the waste water will enter his compound.
