It's been 1.5 month, and my internet is still not working. Interestingly, no one from Excitel has called to address my issue. I've been making multiple calls daily, but every customer care representative asks for more time and mentions that they have escalated it to higher management.
All I want is a refund. This is my second complaint, and my previous issue took 15 days to resolve. I've faced these two problems within just 1.5 months.
