I purchased a cctv camera from flipkart and i received it 2 days ago from the declared date but the pack of box was opened a little that much a hand can come out and in of it so i asked the delivery man to open the box and i i get all the product inside i will pay then he told me to take the parcel from their office and he didn't gave me the office number and when i went there he was doing something with the box and the office employee didn't gave the mobile number of their manager he was not present in the office when it was 6:45 pm and when we forced them to give the number of their manager he gave and when we talked to him he said that flipkart has said no to give open delivery and he said what ever you can do the do but we are not going to provide open delivery and at 8:00 pm when i called to customer care number of flipkart the employee told that tomorrow when they receive their parcel then can call here and you can told the parcel boy to stand there till you are satisfy so i told OK and next day when i didn't get the parcel and when i called on customer care number they told that due to technical problem they cannot give the parcel and they will send it tomorrow and on next day a message came that your parcel is been canceled and when i called their they told that my parcel has been canceled due to technical issue and they kept the phone in hold till half an hour them told all rubbish answer so sir please see to it and please conform my order
