We booked gas through IVR on 20th May, 2015, but till this date we didn't receive the cylinder.
When we approached the agency, they told us to bring the empty cylinder and take our cylinder by ourselves. because the delivery boy was on leave for 45 days and they are not sure when he will join the duty.
when we approached the delivery department of that agency, they are saying they don't get the bill from agency.
