I ordered a trending hair oil called Adivasi Bringa Hair Oil from a person named Vikesh Vicky on the 15th of September. I paid online as there was a ₹200 discount, so I chose the prepaid option. However, since then, they have not been picking up my calls or replying to my messages on WhatsApp. I haven't received my product yet. I asked for a refund, but they have seen my messages and still haven't replied. Such fraudulent people should be punished, and their business should be banned. Please help me get my money back. It's my humble request ..please help.
