I am writing to file a serious complaint against Mr. Suraj Singh, who presents himself as a visa consultant for British visa services. My experience with him was highly disappointing and unprofessional, and I feel it is important to share this to help others avoid becoming victims.
Mr. Suraj Singh and his team lack proper training and professionalism. They made false promises, initially committing to assist with a transition from a canada visitor visa to a work visa, but failed to deliver on even the basic visitor visa process. Despite collecting fees, they prepared a poorly structured visa application, seemingly designed for rejection rather than approval.
Their file preparation was careless and inadequate, with no genuine intention of securing a visa. Their approach strongly suggests that they deliberately mishandle applications to cause refusals, especially since future services were promised only if the visitor visa was approved.
If you value your money, time, and passport record, I strongly advise not to engage with Mr. Suraj Singh or his consultancy. Their services are misleading and damaging. This complaint is made in good faith to prevent others from facing the same unfortunate experience that I did.
