On October 21st I ordered 4 articles from Brittany pants and paid ₹1996. My order number is [protected]. I received no information or confirmation or update about my parcel, I wrote multiple complaints to the company, most of the mails bounced back because the email address was no more valid. I blame Instagram for agreeing to sponsor something that is a scam. I have yet not received a reimbursement of my money or any update from the company. It’s not good how these scammers are targeting the already affected especially during such horrid times of coronavirus. I would like to lodge an official complaint so I could somehow get my money back. All of this was for a gift of my younger sister who is affected with colonic cancer, and as sad as it is she will never receive it. But if I could get my money back I could buy something else of her choice. Please help me
