I ordered a cloth set worth rs 499 on 23rd October 2020 and paid online. After that I received a confirmation mail saying that they'll send me another email after my order getd shipped. The order was said to be delivered within 10 days. Its been 5 days and I haven't received any email yet. When i mailed them on the help email id, i got no response.
