Broadway brewery is charging service charge of 10% on every bill. They are not seeking consent from guests. We have been there several times and every single time service charge is billed. They have lots of visitors everydays, imagine the amount they have been collecting illegaly over a long period.
As per govt regulation, it is illegal for an establishment to charge service charge. It is on th wish of the guest if they would like to voluntarily pay service charge.
