Please do not use this company for your international shipping. They have let us down badly. We have booked the cargo from Hyderabad, India to UK. We have purchased 12 cbm space. On the day of the picking the cargo in Hyderabad we have been insisting them to make sure it is not more than 12cbm as we didnt want to pay anything extra. After collecting the goods they call us after few days that it is 15cbm and we need to pay extra. When we complained they said that the goods is `12cbm but they case and extra frame they normally put the goods in made it 15cbm. This is absolute rubbish as they should have known that before hand. We still paid extra because the sales agent kept begging that he will have to pay from his pocket. This was a door to door shipping and we had asked if there will be any extra charges in UK. They said there wont be any charges. The shipment is delayed by 8 weeks and We now have a bill of 1005 UK Pounds from the service provider in UK. When we complained again they are quoting a small print line in the invoice that says "if any, Dthc/Nvocc/ shipping line charges between (GBP40-60) per cbm", this still doesnt make it 1005 pounds. The agent should have specified this clearly when we booked the cargo. No ownership, no proper complaint process and the service support is horrible. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.
