I have buy this bicycle (A500)from metro enterprise vasai since I buy these cycle from 3 week onwards making too much noise n nobody knows what the problem is very disappointed with Hercules no help I call everyone I spent 18000 rs for cycle .

I have bought bicycle for my son on 24th Jan 2016 from Ms R K Cycle works vide book #31 sl#1528 H no-197 Nyay khand-3 Indra puram mob#[protected].

but on 5th Feb its padal has been broken down
We visited to the dealer on 7th Feb 2016 He said this is not cover in guarantee
as the rings/chudi has been scraped off of the iron part where the pedal was fixed.

Its very strange for such a brand its solid iron part has damaged within a 12 days
and dealer has refused to replace and charged for the part change.

and again the brakes parts also damaged.

request you to look into it and change the bicycle as not happy with the quality of this.

I purchased a Hercules Atom 6 gear Bicycle on 22.10.2015 from Lassi Cycle& Fan Stores, Dombivali (bill no 87319 dated 22.10.2015). Since I purchased it the cycle was giving trouble in the pedal and gear. There was creaking from the handle and rear wheel and the chain was constantly slipping. I took it to the store who tighten the handle and pedal. They also did something to the gear and the chain. The chain slipping stopped but the handle creaking is still there. On 25th the pedal footrest was making some noise and when I took it to Lassi store, they checked and informed me that the threading was damaged and told me that this part was out of warranty, advising me to look into the bill issued. The person was very rude and told me that they sell thousands of cycle and such problems do not arise. He told me that I must not have been cycling properly... How do you cycle properly? He then told me to get the pedal foot rest welded to the pedal 'mandi' (the stem). I got this done as there was no alternative. The new cycle looks so old. Please tell me does Hercules sell 100% defect free products that your sellers claims that such problems, which, obviously is a manufacturing defect will not arise. It is obvious that the vendor has sold a defect cycle to me. It is requested to arrange to replace the same or repair it.

1. I purchased Hercules Roadeo A 500 from Indore on 13 May 2015 from M/S Ankit Sales Agencies, Indore(M.P.). 2. I got a very good response from the dealer but now I have shifted to Bathinda, Punjab. 3. My first free service is due, which has to be availed within 90-100 days from the date of sale, but unfortunately the authorised dealer of Hercules Cycles in Bathinda, Punjab, i.e., Gupta Cycle Store is denying to provide the same and has informed repeatedly to me in person that he will provide service on charge (eyewitnesses available). 4. I have tried contacting Hercules customer care on the following addresses:- (a) toll free number:[protected] (b) generate a general enquiry through their web page- contact us But to no use as all the time their phone number was either out of order or not reachable and mail was every time undelivered. 5. This kind of apathy towards their customer is not expected from such a reputed brand/company and their authorised dealers. 6. I would like you to look into the matter and provide me necessary details as how can I avail my first service and are the authorised dealers not suppose to provide free service as claimed by the company to the customers if they have not purchased the cycle from them but from other authorised dealer? 7. An early response is requested as the delay might make my free services invalid.

I bought a bsa mach city one month ago, in sometime i realised that both the tyres of my cycle wasn't perfectly round and has irregularities. Rims if both the tyres are not perfectly round as it touches the brakes and are a kind of tilt in a side. When i go to the shop ftrom where i buy that cycle they said it is perfectly fit in cycle. Actually its rim is not round and straight.

I have bought a motorised treadmill of Hercules make. The problem it is showing is that it is not able to take load & stopping in between the Jog. Though if no load is on the platform, the belt is moving swiftly but as soon as the person starts jog on it, it begins to stop in between. Request your suggestion & service help regarding this issue.

We have bought BSA Adler TX-008 Motorised Treadmill 2.0 on the name of Mr. Rajbir Singh from Dadi Bicycle Ghaziabad whose bill no. is RTCS[protected] on 22/07/2013. After 6 month in jan 2013 it is not working properly showing error-1. but since one month trademill under repair with Dadi Bicycle Ghaziabad and he is not taking interest to repair it. We filed many complaints in Dadi Bicycle Ghaziabad and finally on dt. 08/07/2014 one technician came opened one circuit part & motor and said its exchanged with new one. It has been more than one month and they are just ignoring it. We contacted Dadi Bicycle Ghaziabad many times but he doesn’t want to help us. He promised us to replace that part in 2 to 3 days but nothing is done. Secondly, we also contacted them for the servicing of the machine but there is no response from their side. We call them habitually but they are not accepting our phone call.Pl. my M/c does not repair within one weak other wise we will go to the consumer courtand you are responsible for this. I Purchased a Fitness Cycle from BSA Hercules Showroom located at vikas marg hargobind enclave on 04Oct2011 via Bill No. RTCS[protected].
Warranty period told by BSA Representative during purchase was 1 year. On 2nd Dec 2011 during usage the base frame welding
cracked, which was immediately advised to BSA Showroom from where it was purchased. Complaint raised by the Showroom Rep. to the
customecare. Till date no action has been taken for the same. On calling up concerned person Mr. Vikram ([protected]) as advised by Showroom Rep, negative
response is received everytime as he makes false promises for urgent action in the matter sometimes and other times doesnt even pick up the phone.
