BSA Hercules TI cycles of india — Chain broken on first day and front derailleur mismatch

I have purchased one Hercules Atom 18 speed on 04 Dec 14 from Speedo Cycles in kadavanthra. On my maiden journey to the market after purchase the chain came off while i was travelling in heavy traffic and fortunately i didnt fell off the cycle.later on inspection it was found that the chain is broken due to the misalignment of front derailleur which was not fixed properly.The locking nut was not placed on the securing clamp. It was quite unfortunate that i had such an experience with india's leadind cycle manufacturer .. Request resolve my problem at the earliest Anish Markose
