My name is parminder singh. i had passed from toll plaza at beharmpur near Ropar during return. I was holding return entry slip as i paid in the morning for up and down. During morning i have to wait and waste 5-7 mInutes. I found it genuine. But experience during passing return was very bad and I could not stop myself to put a complaint against the system and behaviour of toll plaza staff. There was very heavy rush at toll plaza at 9.30 pm. It was normal day. i have to wait and waste time approx 20-25 minutes to reach at counter. staff has found passing many non vip vehicles from Vip entry. I criticise the same but no response has been received. On reaching at the counter i criticise the system at toll plaza and enquire about 3 minute wait time. But he behave in threatning lenguage and refuse to provide any clarification. He stated that wait time will start by reaching at counter. I sought clarification on the same but he refuse to provide it Moreover he ask me, to show if i having the same.
I called at helpline number to complaint against the staff but no response receive from them.
Dear sir- You are requested to review the system at toll plaza as wait time is very high during normal day and employees are making gunda Gardi for collection of passing fee. General peoples are facing harrasment by wasting time at toll plaza.
You are advised to take corrective under intimation to undersign.
