Respected sir, ,
I Manoj Kumar Kaushal a retired military soldier. I am coming from Mohali IVY hospital with my kidney patient wife by hired car. Due to non fasttag veh said toll road plaza collect double charge of 100 Rupees.It shameful for my country if a retired soldier faced this types of problems.Kidney Cancer patients should be free from toll road. But if no then should be collect only toll road charges instead of fine. Because patient does not go to hospital for picnic.. and after then there is non connected numbers in back side of roll road plaza. I tried to contact for complaint on that number but i am surprised to know that the contact person left the job of toll plaza.please take action on this Toll plaza emmediat.
