I had demat A/C with BMA wealth creators LTD which was declared defaulter by NSE DATED FEB.13, 2020 THE EXCHANGE had given time to file claim till August31, 2020 I submitted claim with relevant supporting documents on 26.08.2020 by email
i got reply on 10.02.2021 that no compensation is recommended as claim is time barred as they had considered time as last trade date on BSE trading platform i again emailed on 19.03.2021 requesting to reconsider my case because of following reasons
1.How come claim can be rejected on basis of last trade date i filed claim before time barred
2.what about my shares lying with BMA WEALTH CREATORS
3.why i was not intimated/ aware via SMS or EMAIL that if i don't trade for longer time i cant claim for compensation
4. i filed claim only when BSE had intimated me about defaulter of BMA WEALTH CREATORS it means BSE was considering me as active investor
5. it gives demoralizing effect on an investor
so it is requested to look in to this matter and some relief may be given so that i can invest again
