I have been trying to explain about my electric bill being so high. But no body is paying attention. I met an officer mr. Randhava at patparganj mayur vihar phase i branch and tried to explain him that i am a single woman and my consumption is very low, so my bill for the month of january and february was approximately rs. 7000 each and now the next one for the previous month is almost rs 3300.00 where as families of four and five are getting their bill less than thousand.
January and february were very pleasant months, that's without fans and ac.
In winter my bill used to be three to four thousand and my daughter was staying with me, she left for us in first week of january and during about that time the meters were changed and since then my bill has been shooting up.
I was asked to get my meter and my house wiring checked and i called four different electricians and they all said there is nothing wrong from our end.
However a guy named abhishek from pocket c office tried to help me and he sent three electricians at my place and they thoroughly checked everything and they did stated that the meter was running too fast, but still no body took care of it. I can't continue with this and i am really tired of this and very frustrated. No matter where i go, no body listens. I have been running back and fourth from one office to another and even by doing that nothing worked out.
I don't know what to do, whose door i should knock.
Please someone help me out. I would really appreciate that.
I can't afford to pay that much every month for not even using it and paying such a high bill.
It's about the time that somebody should resolve this issue.
I am in tears and so fed up. I request you to please help meas as soon as you can.
