I am raising a complaint about an online shopping store where products are being sold at a cheaper rate and when the product arrives it is not even worth the price. Many customers are affected by this and they are attracting customers with free shipping. Even the images look very appealing on the website https://bucketberry.com/. I didn't know about this scam and mistakenly ordered products from their website. Could you please pull down this website, their advertisements are being promoted on Facebook and Instagram and they are exploiting people's hard-earned money through this. Their privacy policy and refund options have not helped customers.

The give free coupons to ppl for reviews. That's why they have a bunch of reviews on the website.
I ordered some stuff as per the listed size but the product recd were very small. So I asked for an exchange. Exchange was initiated after a good 2-3 days and repeated reminders. After exchange whatever was sent again has some size issues. To sort out the size issue again my repeated emails are not being replied to.
Please note you can keep writing to them but they NEVER reply to your email. They don't have any phone number to contact
I will suggest stay away. Only the Ads are good not the products.
